This policy applies to the Centre Mat / Centre Raw Materials website at centremat.co.za (a division of Centre Group Holdings). It does not apply to any separate CentreTrade marketplace products or apps.

What we collect

When you send a contact or material enquiry, we may collect your name, company, email, phone number, and the commercial details you include in your message (material grades, volumes, destinations, timing).

How we use it

We use enquiry details only to respond to your request, quote or advise on supply, and keep an internal record of business enquiries. We do not sell your information.

Storage

Enquiries are stored in our dedicated Firebase project for this website and may be emailed to sales@centremat.co.za. Access is limited to authorised Centre Mat staff.
