These terms govern use of the Centre Mat / Centre Raw Materials website at centremat.co.za. This site is an informational and enquiry website for raw-materials supply. It is not a marketplace and is separate from any CentreTrade trading platform.

Website use

Content is provided for general business information. Product availability, grades, packaging and pricing are confirmed only after we respond to your enquiry. You may not misuse the site (scraping, abuse of forms, or attempts to access staff-only areas).

Enquiries

Submitting a contact or material enquiry does not create a binding purchase or supply contract. Any supply agreement is formed separately in writing between your business and Centre Mat / Centre Raw Materials.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Disputes relating to this website will be handled under South African jurisdiction.
